Any quotation provided by Taztech Sdn Bhd. may be based on information supplied by the customer, including the type, quantity, condition, location, and value of the electronic waste, IT assets, or equipment involved.

Prices, service charges, collection fees, or asset valuation may vary depending on:

  • Type and quantity of assets or e-waste
  • Location and collection requirements
  • Condition of equipment
  • Data destruction requirements
  • Recycling, refurbishment, remarketing, or disposal method
  • Market value of reusable or resale assets
  • Additional manpower, logistics, or documentation needs

Taztech Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to revise a quotation if the actual asset condition, quantity, or service scope differs from the information initially provided.


5. Collection and Transportation

For services involving collection and transportation, customers are responsible for ensuring that the assets or items are ready for collection at the agreed location, date, and time.

The customer must ensure that:

  • The items are accessible for collection
  • Any necessary approval for site entry is arranged
  • The quantity and type of items match the agreed service scope
  • The collection area is safe and suitable for loading activities

Taztech Sdn Bhd. may reschedule, revise, or cancel a collection if the site condition, asset quantity, safety risk, or access arrangement is different from what was agreed.


6. Customer Responsibility for Devices and Data

Customers are responsible for backing up, removing, or securing any important data before handing over devices or IT assets to Taztech Sdn Bhd., unless a specific data destruction service has been requested and agreed upon.

Devices may include, but are not limited to:

  • Computers
  • Laptops
  • Servers
  • Hard drives
  • Storage devices
  • Networking equipment
  • Mobile devices
  • Office electronics
  • Other electronic or IT equipment

Taztech Sdn Bhd. shall not be responsible for loss of data, software, files, business records, personal information, or digital content if the customer has not requested a specific data destruction or data handling service.


7. Data Destruction Services

If data destruction is requested, the scope, method, documentation, and any certificate or report must be agreed before the service begins.

Data destruction services may depend on the type of device, storage media, access condition, technical requirements, and customer instructions.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. will take reasonable steps to carry out agreed data destruction services responsibly. However, customers must provide accurate information about the assets and data-bearing devices involved.


8. Asset Refurbishment, Resale and Remarketing

Some IT assets or electronic equipment may be suitable for refurbishment, resale, or remarketing depending on their condition, usability, market value, and demand.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. may assess whether certain assets have remarketing or resale value. Any valuation, buy-back arrangement, or resale-related agreement must be confirmed separately between Taztech Sdn Bhd. and the customer.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. does not guarantee that all items submitted will have resale value.


9. Ownership and Transfer of Assets

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of assets may be transferred to Taztech Sdn Bhd. once the items have been collected, accepted, purchased, or processed under the agreed service.

The customer confirms that they have the legal right, authority, or permission to dispose of, sell, transfer, or hand over the relevant assets or e-waste items.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to reject any item if there is doubt regarding ownership, legality, safety, or suitability for processing.


10. Prohibited or Restricted Items

Taztech Sdn Bhd. may refuse to accept items that are unsafe, illegal, hazardous, contaminated, or outside the agreed service scope.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Items containing hazardous leakage
  • Items with unknown contamination
  • Unauthorised or stolen equipment
  • Items prohibited by applicable laws or regulations
  • Items that pose a safety risk to our team, partners, or facilities
  • Items not declared before collection

Customers must inform Taztech Sdn Bhd. in advance if any item may require special handling.


11. Service Timeline

Any service timeline, collection schedule, processing period, or completion date provided is an estimate unless clearly agreed otherwise in writing.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors such as site access issues, logistics, volume of assets, technical requirements, weather, third-party delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


12. Payment Terms

Payment terms, if applicable, will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement between Taztech Sdn Bhd. and the customer.

Customers agree to make payment according to the agreed amount, due date, and payment method.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to delay or withhold services, reports, certificates, or further work if payment is overdue or incomplete.


13. Cancellation or Rescheduling

Customers should inform Taztech Sdn Bhd. as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed collection or service.

Taztech Sdn Bhd. may charge reasonable costs for cancellations, last-minute changes, failed collection attempts, or additional visits caused by inaccurate information, site access issues, or unprepared assets.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taztech Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use of our website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Loss of profit
  • System downtime
  • Delay in service
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Customer failure to back up or remove important data

Our responsibility is limited to the agreed service scope between TazTech Supply and the customer.
